The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My son was admitted to this nursing care facility after a very intense surgery. We got off to a rough start & I was very worried leaving him there, but after a meeting with the Administrator, Ashley, his care has been great! He has to have explicit wound care with wound vac, picc line for intense antibiotic treatment for his open wounds. The Nurses & Administrator have been doing an excellent job following up on his care. I also learned the Administrator had just started days before my son was admitted. Ashley handled my concerns over my son's care very professionally & caring. I continue to monitor his care, as it is crucial for wound care to be done properly. She keeps an open line of communication with me & promptly returns any call. I am confident my son will get the care he needs in t

I have to say I was very skeptical about my brother being placed here after a very major surgery & extremely susceptible to infection. Reading the previous reviews & his 1st day there- I became terrified for him but it turned around fast. I learned that the new administrator Ashley had only about a day or 2 on the job upon my brother's arrival and she quickly made sure his care was a priority. 2 weeks in, all seems well & my brother is healing. I'm now confident in his care at the facility & he says the staff is great!

Mount Royal Villa provided excellent care for my mother and the other residents that require short or long term assistance. I was at the facility regularly and state with complete assurance that the staff used to be very hands on and proactive to ensure all needs are met. Any questions or concerns I have are stopped after the third or fourth administrator changed. Mount Royal Villa staff- care team was very supportive to the family of which, I find equally important. Some should have never been hired. I could not imagine my mother residing anywhere else until 2015. 4 star down to 1 star. Home Bought from another entity and fired key people and brought back an administrator that took the place down, literally. Blessed my mother passed as I would go crazy right now. She's safe with me now

A large part of my rating is due to the pleasant conditions of the professionalism and friendliness of the working staff for starters Ryan and I got off to a rocky start but in the end in my opinion we became close One of my favorite nurses is T she always has a smile on her face, and pleasant short conversations when I see her, she's one smart cookie I am especially impressed with Ari the social worker she assisted me in so many ways with my discharge today her diligence personality and her sticktoitness made this a smooth transition. Another nurse that made a positive impression on me is Kathy she listened to my concerns and took action I never doubted her expertise while being my nurse on her shifts the staff from laundry and up is to be commended as well Included in this review I won't

I would give this zero star if I could. If you have a elderly person who needs rehab or care, forget it. My mom was taken by ambulance after being there 4 days, she has complications from her surgery, though when brought into ER her clothing was completely soiled with urine, because whomever adjusted her catheter and put a depends on her tangled up the line and it had leaked all over her clothing and blankets, the way it smelled you could tell it was like that for sometime...she also suffering with a UT infection because of that. Do not take a elderly person their that needs that sort of care, it is literally unacceptable, especially when you put trust in them to care for someone you love.
