The Pavilion at Sunny Hills

We visited a few other facilities before choosing this one, and we’re very glad we did. They offer private rooms (for an additional charge), and it’s absolutely worth it—especially if you’d like to stay overnight with your loved one. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and caring. I feel confident knowing my dad is in great hands here.

My mom was at The pavilions at Sunny Hills for about three months. During this time, we have had top-tier service from all departments at the pavilion. Eve from Admissions was amazing, she was the one that I had talked to in the beginning of looking for nursing homes. She came highly recommend. When I came in for a tour, she greeted us with such a friendly disposition, super sweet and so nice. I loved her attitude. She made sure that, we were able to tour the facility and look at everything that we needed to look at. She explained everything that we needed to hear. This is an excellent facility that used to be a hotel! Private rooms, kind staff, and great physical and occupational therapy! Special shout out to Eve, the Admissions Director, who coordinated the transfer of my mom from the hospital to The Pavillion and served as my primary liaison. Eve treated us with the utmost in compassion and respect! 5-stars, I highly recommend!!!

I was transferred from Kasier today to The Pavilion in Fullerton. When I arrived My bed was not ready. I asked if they had a pure wick to pee because I can’t bridge with my body for a diaper or bed pan. They said they don’t know what to do. As I waited for an alternative I was forced to pee on a pad on the floor. This place is a joke. They have too many patients to a nurse. My roommate has been asking for her medication for over an hour. They don’t even have my medication. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures and videos the other reviewers. I feel for the patients who can’t advocate for themselves.

The staff at The Pavilion at Sunny Hills has been absolutely wonderful. Mercy and Victoria have shown such incredible kindness and compassion while caring for my father, and the lead nurses are attentive and professional as well. The therapy team has also made a huge difference for us. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists have been patient, encouraging, and deeply dedicated to my father’s recovery after his stroke. They not only work hard with him each day, but they also give us hope that he will regain his strength and return to the person he was before. Their positive energy, reassurance, and genuine belief in his progress mean the world to our family.
