The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this nursing home’s rehab program. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and truly cared for. The nurses were attentive and compassionate, always checking in and making sure every need was met. The rehab team was outstanding professional, encouraging, and incredibly skilled. They helped make a challenging time so much easier, and the progress made was beyond what we ever expected. The facility was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Communication was excellent; we were kept informed every step of the way, and it always felt like the staff took their time to listen and explain. What stood out most was how genuine everyone was they treated residents like family, not just patients. I’m deeply grateful

Place is well kept and clean, but of course appearance isn’t everything! The nurses and floor staff were very friendly and were able to assist me. The concierge when walking in was able to quickly assist me while signing in and very friendly. I also needed help with the elevator and he did not judge but assisted no problem. The rooms and unit were spacious and above all else very very clean. At a glance I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to send their loved one to a rehab. Nobody wants to send a loved one into a facility, but I have confidence that this place will get my Aunt back into shape the way she deserves. Thank you staff at Pavillion! 601

My mother is in the Pavilion for rehabilitation. She broke her collar bone, rib and two toes and she would complain to me how they treat her there. She would ask them to give her an omelette instead of one hard boiled egg with one slice of toast. The staff there don't really care for their patiences. They lack of caring. I feel this facility needs to hire people that are more caring instead of mistreating there patiences. The staffing up on the 9th floor don't care for them at all and I feel when I visit my mother I sense they put up a front that they actually care when they don't. That to me is neglect and they should be ashamed of themselves and care more. I really loved this place for my father. The only problem I had was when he was on one of the floors which was the 5th floor. They mistreated him. I went to administration and they removed him and sent him to another floor and never had another problem. The people were very nice, and treat him with respect. He has been gone now for 3 years but I forgot to write a review back then.

My mom was admitted on 12/29 everyone has been very attentive and treated us so nice. The next day, I got a call from all department to arrange her stayed. Very special thanks to the nurses and all the staff at the Pavillion!
