The Orthopedic Institute

Just had right knee Mako replacement by Dr Jacob Folse. It was great! Stayed one night at the orthopedic Institute. I can not begin to describe the great experience, from lab department at the beginning to physical therapy at the end. The staff and facility are unbelievable. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I am 76 years old and will do my left knee in a few months. Thank you all!

My husband had knee replacement surgery. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible. Would never recommend having your surgery done here. The staff does not listen to your wants. Ended up having a panic attack in the recovery room because of it. They never called and followed up after surgery to see how I was doing. Just an absolute nightmare. Would highly encourage requesting your surgery to be done at lowery a Woodall outpatient if in Hattiesburg.

WOW...... Facility and Staff are Excellent. Had a great experience November 2015 with a Left total hip replacement. Forward to 2021, I've been there again for the replacement of the Right hip. Everything about this facility remains above 5 Star. The BEST period.

I had a wonderful experience at the Orthopedic Institute. On July 1, I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Ross Ward. I have had a few surgeries in several different hospitals, and the Orthopedic Institute is the number one place to be if you are going to have orthopedic surgery. The nurses, doctors, aides, and all other staff members that I dealt with were just wonderful. I never had to wait for anyone or anything. If I had a problem, they were right there as soon as I pressed the nurse button. The food was great too. All you had to do was call down to the cafeteria about an hour before you were ready to eat, and it was sent up in time for your mealtime. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has any plan for orthopedic surgery any time soon. Thank you to
