Excellent service from the very beginning of booking the appointment to the end of the visit. My daughter’s first dental appointment was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team—especially Kevin and Dr. Taylor—for your patience, kindness, and exceptional care. We truly appreciate it!

Clueless and unprofessional on coverage. Clearly the receptionist and Doctor are on a different page. I’m in network , I’m not in Network, oh yes you are. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter, making it clear we are driving over an hour because you clearly stated we are in network. Wait over an hour past the appointment time to be called back and an additional half hour of my daughter laying back in the chair to be seen for a standard procedure, to have the doctor come in and say we are out of network now!? lol Then has the audacity to say the in-Network price will be the same as out of network and the procedure has to be done. Hands down the BEST Pediatric dentist around!! My son was so feared of the dentist and I had searched and read reviews for weeks looking for a better dentist that would work with my son to conquer his fears, when I came across The new pediatric Dental care of greater Orlando! I am so happy I switched my two sons over to them. My son finally LOVES the dentist now!! After many appointments and the dentist being VERY patient with my son, showing him every tool and how it works he finally conquered a fear that we never thought he would. I am so grateful for the staff at this establishment! 10 STARS!

Dr. Taylor is great! The receptionist not cooperating. My son with special needs saw Dr. Taylor for two years and did great with him. Then we moved. And when they call me to schedule his cleaning I mentioned that we moved so they asked me if I want to deactivated the chart and I said yes. Not knowing that it will be irreversible. Now I am willing to drive to go back to Dr. Taylor and they will not reactivate the account although it’s been less than a year since he has been in the office. They just dismissed him as a patient forever. Which I find very strange. I wonder if this is the case because he is a child with Down Syndrome or this is their policy.
