Doctor Sonia Kalirao is such a dedicated doctor towards her patients and I am going to her since last 4 years for my migraine issues but I am completely unsatisfied from the billing department. Last month I went for a visit and I paid $189 (around) upfront. I checked my insurance last week and my copay is $60(around). I had to call them for 2/3 times to know when I can expect my balance from them. On Friday I called them but no one picked the call and I left a voicemail but unfortunately I didn’t get any call back from them though I called them Friday morning.. Saturday Sunday the office was closed so I didn’t expect any call. On Monday I waited until 11.30 a.m but didn’t get not single call from them. This management of this practice is a joke. The past two visits I've had, I've witnessed several people with appointments be turned away because their doctor or provider just didn't show up. The staff does not contact them in advance and it causes great hardship for people. Today, I was personally affected when my provider (Maria Moran) did not show up. Now, I'm waiting for someone I don't even know and I will likely be late to work. This is shameful and disrespectful to patients and their families.

I was nervous about my two tests and follow up session; but quickly realized that my feelings were unfounded. The front desk personnel were helpful and the staff conducting my tests were patient and encouraging. Dr. Sonia K. was very clear in explaining my test results and her advice for healthy outcomes. My husband and I were very pleased to find such a caring, professional doctor.
