I gave 1 star because the staff was very sweet and helpful. The dr. It makes me sad to see how robotic drs have become he barley looked at me sat there with his face in the computer the whole time almost as if I was inconvenient for him he rushed a paper test barley heard me crying to him trying to explain my symptoms. I was so relieved when I finally got my appointment with him and so disappointed when I left Healthcare has completely changed unless your there for pills. There's no more person to personal understanding anymore such a disappointment.

Was told Dr. Dopler “will not take me on as a new patient” when my doctor sent in a referral. I called and asked if they are not accepting new patients and was told “He is, he is just not accepting you as a new patient and won’t say why”. They’re refusing to tell me or my doctor’s office. Would LOVE an explanation as to why from this doctor. I have never seen a neurologist ever and do not even know this doctor for him to discriminate.

This place has to be the most unprofessional doctor office I have ever dealt with. I originally called over two months ago to see if they accepted patients with my condition and was told they did. I asked if I needed a referral and explained I’m originally from Maryland and moved here, I asked would they accept a referral from my Md doctor and told them I have Delaware insurance now- they even had me read off my insurance information. The referral was sent, I called the next week to confirm they received it and was told the doctor was out of the office for vacay and they would get back to me. I waited three weeks and called to check in on it and then was told the doctor told my old doctor that they don’t accept that insurance referring to my old Md insurance and wouldn’t see me (did not co

My mother has been seeing Dr Dopler for over 15 years. He is wonderful. He takes the time to explain things to her in a way that she will understand.

Scheduled an appointment almost 3 weeks ago. A release was signed so they could get my records and referral from requesting physician. Arrived to appointment, filled out paperwork and waited 45 minutes for the office manager to come out and state that they cannot perform the testing because it was caused by an auto accident and they "might" not get paid. They "overlooked" the part on my records that said it was caused by an auto accident. Time off work and gas wasted. Now I have to call another Dr and start this process all over again.
