I can’t say enough great things about Ernie at Stretch Shops – The Muscle Mechanic. I’ve had a frozen shoulder for nearly a year and went through nine months of physical therapy with limited progress. After just one session with Ernie, I can move my arm freely again—what a difference! It was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. His combination of deep tissue work and assisted stretching was both calming and highly effective. He really got to the root of my problem, not just the surface tension. I honestly think I’ll be able to put my bra on properly again—that’s how much improvement I felt after one hour! If you’re struggling with pain or limited mobility, do yourself a favor and book a session with Ernie. He’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. 👏 Highly recommend!

Where to start. Well the team and i have given Ernie a nickname aka stretch. He has been very valuable at helping us get lose before our events. That extra deep stretch help alot I've been dealing with my L5. It slipped out on me late last year and still trying to get it back to 💯. At the 1st event he came to he helped me with some good lower stretch and it was amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone that need a deep stretch. E-legion is glad to have stretch in our corner as we try to make our way to a podium spot.

I’m on my third session with Ernie. I’d been looking for a good sports massage for a while that didn’t include all the fluff that you get at spa. Ernie focuses on the areas the need work. And what I especially like about his style is that his technique varies depending on the area that needs work. I recently did the 90min which included a lot of stretching and even cupping. I carry my stress in my shoulders and after the first session I could immediately feel the difference. This guy knows his craft and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone but especially those that believe in caring and nurturing their body.

I had my first massage with Ernie on 4/11/25 and came in due to a shoulder blade knot and some general tension in my shoulders and neck. I've had the knot around my left shoulder blade for many years and many years of professional massages. Past massages have loosened the knot but never fully eliminated it. I left the Stretch Shop not feeling the knot whatsoever, and I'm still not feeling it several days later (4/14/25)! I'm impressed and will be back again!

I recently received a fantastic message from Ernie that really impressed me. He has a special talent for identifying where the tension is and using unique techniques to address it. I'm so glad I found Ernie, as he is such a caring and passionate person who always puts his clients first. I will be a loyal customer of his for a long time!
