The Muscle Artisan - Hand Crafted Bodywork

Have been traveling and overdoing it in gym and the muscle artisan's bodywork helped me unlock tight muscles. I am sleeping better, getting better muscle contractions and no longer need a cortisone shot. I recommend the muscle artisan for bodywork, active muscle release and overall maintenance

I had a great experience with Chris. He was able to figure out that my hip was jammed up causing tightness and pulling on one side of my body which lead to wear and tear on my knee and lower back. After a couple sessions I feel way better.
