The staff was very nice. The doctor, not so much. My 80 year old mother was referred to him for evaluation of cramping in her fingers, which is very painful. The cramping is her only symptom. He spent maybe 8 minutes in the room with us, talked over the both of us and asked repeatedly if she had numbness in her fingers which she denied. He told her she had carpal tunnel and scheduled her for surgery. He said he'd get an EMG just to confirm the diagnosis but to schedule the surgery anyway. The surgery requires general anesthesia. She had the test done, but their office never received the results and still called to confirm the surgery date. I asked that they please get the test results prior to surgery. They rescheduled the surgery date and told me they would call with the results when they

Update... I have to add after seeing the Doctor he was very professional. Took his time . My rating is off of the wait. This is my first time here the wait is ridiculous. Waiting room is pretty full. I have been waiting an hour so far this is ridiculous. Another thing .. this is my opinion HAVE THE COMPANY MEETINGs IN THE Mornings before you guys open I'm sure that plays a huge roll in this BACK UP in the waiting room and appointments.

Poor communications from entire staff. I called the office and was placed on a long hold, then told I would get a call back which never happened. I called back and again was placed on a long hold. I ended up just hanging up. Dr Sorelle is quick to push the expensive drug Xiaflex for Dupuytren's, of course stating he use to work for them. Not until I spoke with CVS speciality did I know how expensive Xiaflex is. CVS did provide information to see if I qualified for a grant for the co-pay. CVS told me there was an additional refill requested by Dr Sorelle, which was never discussed during the initial consultation. Since Dr Sorelle's office never called back to provide answers to questions I had, I chose not to move forward with CVS in getting the prescription. If his office ever call

The doctor is rude and unprofessional. There are reviews posted stating concerns about his abilities and care. The front office is not managed well. They are short on empathy and knowledge of time management. After trying twice to see the doctor. First time he was double and trouble booked on Labor Day. It was over a 2hr wait just to get into the exam room. Rebooked for a 8:45 appointment days later. Arrived 15 min early Was brought back to receive exrays at 9:20. Was then put into a room with a washer & dryer and a cart full of medical supplies, a sink area and equipment and breaker boxes. 10:00 the doctor finally arrived. When I inquired as to why I waited for so long I was told. “I am not here for you. You are here for me. Are we going to do this or not?” I then told him that I had

Dr. Sorelle and his staff are exceptional. He demonstrates genuine care for patient well-being and explored alternative treatments for my hand condition before suggesting surgery. His explanations were comprehensive, and his professionalism was highly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
