The miniER

I was seen within 20 minutes after checking in. Staff was friendly and caring. The nurse or Medical assistant was extremely good at his job and took great care to be gentle and clear with instructions. The PA was knowledgeable and thorough. It was a great experience, even though I was feeling terrible at the time.

I’ll start by saying I absolutely detest going to medical offices—too often I’ve encountered rude front desk staff, long wait times and doctors who breeze through appointments. My experience at The miniER, however, was completely different and a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly, engaging and welcoming. That set the tone right away and immediately put me at ease. Nurse Beatriz and PA Alex continued that positive experience—they were both highly professional, attentive, and made the appointment surprisingly pleasant. I truly felt listened to and cared for, which is rare these days. The only recommendation I’d offer (and this applies to many medical facilities, not just this one) is to reconsider the lobby check in process

We absolutely love the mini ER! I've been bringing my boys here for years and they have taken such good care of us every time! They have caring consistent doctors. Highly recommend.

During home renovations, my foot got stuck stepping over a gate to keep our dog in the room and I fell I was able to go online and schedule an appointment an hour and a half later. I arrived at the clinic and the check in process was easy, seamless, and fast. The staff is so genuinely nice and caring. Unfortunately but fortunately I have been here many times in the last 10 years and I have ALWAYS received exceptional and thorough care from everyone I encountered.  They all have found their calling. Two words - EXCEPTIONAL CARE

Amazing service all around. Check in is on iPad, sends link to cell to fill out all forms in app (great because it doesn't ask for same info 10 times like traditional urgent care). PA-C Riley Pearce was simply wonderful. She is knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent sense of humor! The nurse and staff were attentive, efficient, and personable which made it a great experience all around. Highly recommend.
