The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Since the closure of the Rite aid, Medicine Shoppe in Phelan appears to be overwhelmed by the increased volume. Prescriptions may be received days in advance, yet there is still often a wait when arriving for pickup. The staff is generally polite, though service can feel more attentive toward familiar local customers. There also seems to be a sense that, with limited nearby competition, urgency and efficiency may not be a priority. With better organization and communication, this pharmacy could significantly improve the experience for all customers.

The customer service is pretty good..... However, I can never get these people on the phone.🙁 one time it took 2 days, to get someone to answer. ☎️

Sweet, kind and caring ladies ready to help you with all your prescription needs. Delivery on Thursdays is so convenient. Awesome place to go.

They didn't take my insurance afterall but they were very patient! The shop was tiny, but very organized and clean.
