The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years for my husband, myself and my children and all of a sudden my husband’s medication’s (that are refilled on a monthly basis) The pharmacy “Forgot” To charge us for a medication from January 2025 that they are now trying to charge us for with no receipt or proof that I didn’t pay for the medication at the time that it was received. When I called to dispute them charging my card, which I keep on file for them to use when any of my husband's medication has a cost, they said that if the family member who wrote a bad review would take the review down, they would discuss refunding the $10 that was never charged when they “forgot” to charge us originally. I informed the pharmacy personnel that if they didn’t refund the $10 that I would leave a review myself

Wow, been getting my medicine from this company since I was a child today they go to charge my account. Give me a telephone call and tell me that in 2025 they forgot charged me for $10. This place I thought was awesome is just for the money. I would definitely recommend you never go to this place for medicine.

2 words for this place: 1 - RUDE, 2 - GREEDY. They are more concerned about getting your money first before getting your compounded rx ready on time. They did not fill my last rx because they couldn't get payment from my credit card, which was an issue on their end and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Miss communication on their part for notifying me that they were waiting for payment before they call me to say the rx was ready and I missed a dose. When I called the next day I spoke with the Indian lady, she was rude to me saying it's human error and then hung up on me. Like I'm supposed to do their job to remember what to do etc. Then when I finally picked my rx, I saw that there was an extra $50 charge on my credit card for no reason, and again, she said human err

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. My go to for any of my pharmacy needs. Puts CVS/Walgreens to shame.

The lady who took care of me was rude. I found a better place to assist me even with the special items of pre-packaged medicine. They will not care if I leave others who will come with a lack of service.
