The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

They have horrible customer service. The people at the drive through window hate to see you coming. The people that answer the phones leave you on hold for up to an hour at times and then have a snobby attitude when they answer the phone. Everyone seems to hate their job. I understand people have bad days and some are busier than others but this is happens on a regular basis. Please do better.

Good service just i didn't receive the usual text messages letting me know my prescription was ready for pickup.

If I could rate a zero I would. EVERYTIME I go to pick up refills I get the run around saying they need a PA...when in fact my nurse has sent them the PA and every other hole they need to be jumped through but I still can't receive my meds. I always try to use a family owned business to give back to the small community, but with this nonsense I will use another pharmacy and encourage others to choose elsewhere if they'd like the meds filled the RIGHT way.

I only had to wait a very few minutes to get what I came for. Tue pharmacist was packaging medication for my daughter to go to camp.

The new employee Ryan is so delightful and charismatic- truly makes picking up medicine a delight. Always polite and respectful and helps when he can. Such a good team at this pharmacy
