The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

This small pharmacy is excellent for customer service and for being available to the person calling. I deeply appreciate this. They do not pass you off to viscious circle of virtual assistance and forget about you.

The customer service was terrible management is terrible. Didn’t even bother let calling me to let me know the I was out of scripts the week before I was do for a refill on an important medicine that I CAN NOT run out on. So when I called to refull it a gentleman answered my call ended up getting impatient with me and rude. Never again am I useing you guys as a pharmacy.

They offer delivery which is great. But the new drivers are horrible. They do not follow directions at all. I will be out of my meds. They brought me the wrong ones and promised me Saturday delivery. Nobody ever showed or called. I called at 11: 30am to see what was going on and nobody answered the phone. They are supposed to be open till noon. This is not right when it comes to meds to have this happen. I'm really upset that their service has taken a dive.

They know all regulars by name. It's clean and neat in there. I have never had the technicians make a mistake on my medicines or my mom's medicines before and we've been using this shop for a long time. We knew the previous owner and they were such wonderful people and were very proud of the store and how it was ran. He was in the all of the time and was sweet to all of the employees. I know it is now under new owners, but I don't think anything has really changed. They also have small items such as cards, lotion, wipes, candy, etc and not just medicine.

Best service ever 💯 They always call you before noon Monday thru Friday to see if you're available between noon and 6pm so they can deliver your meds.
