The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

My first impression here was good. The staff was helpful with getting my prescription filled and transfered from a different pharmacy. However, today was my second time working with the staff here and they were not helpful at all. My provider sent them a prescription that they did not have in stock and they were not helpful with trying to help me find another pharmacy that did have the medication. They did not want to help with ordering the medication either. Very standoffish and not helpful. In only started going here in the New Year because my insurance switch pharmacy providers and I had to find a new pharmacy quickly. I will be going elsewhere after my encounter today.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Basically it’s the exact opposite of corporate understaffed pharmacies with overwhelmed employees and more customers / patients than they can handle. It’s a refreshing change of pace from what I was used to and totally worth the extra mile I have to go out of my way to get there. I rarely have any issues and when they do arise they are handled swiftly, professionally and everything is well communicated. Half the time I go there by the time I reach the counter my prescription is already pulled and ready to checkout because they saw me coming. Even if you have to go out of your way to use Medicine Shoppe in GB…. I assure you it will still save you time and sanity compared to the monster chains in the long run.

The ladies working there were incredibly understanding and just all around wonderful people. They were willing to stay open a few extra minutes so i could finish getting my medicine that day and were super helpful with everything, thank you so much!

Riz provided me with outstanding service! He took the time to understand my family's situation and even though it was a small sale, he helped me solve a HUGE issue for my elderly father. I highly recommend them for very personalized service. Thank you!!!

My family has used this location for many years now , and I enjoyed being a long time customer. The Pharmacist is very good ! He always explains everything I / we need to know about each medication that is perscribed to us . He and all his staff are always very nice, polite also always make you feel comfortable and they r very professional ! You never have to wait long to have your medicine filled if it isnt already filled and waiting for you .No matter if I move , They will always have my business .
