The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I've been a customer of both The Medicine Shoppe and Clinic Pharmacy, and it's clear the owners have their best team at The Medicine Shoppe. The staff here is consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and treats everyone with respect—a stark contrast to the judgmental atmosphere at Clinic Pharmacy. They go above and beyond to assist you. Beyond the excellent service, their selection is fantastic, with a huge variety of medications and medical equipment you won't find anywhere else. I highly recommend The Medicine Shoppe to anyone in the area.

I called in a med refill a few days ago and thought everything was fine. I go in today and they weren’t ready. They took my insurance and told me they could only refill one of my three meds. I wish they had communicated when I first called. 0/10 recommend this place.

Unlike the larger chain pharmacies you are not just a number. The medicine shoppe has always greeted me by name and treated me like a human being and with kindness and respect, they have done everything in there power to assist me if complications arise, I am now and always have been extremely glad I made the decision to switch from my previous pharmacy to them. Even though I have never needed to utilize there delivery service, the fact that they even offer it takes the stress of not getting my medication off my shoulders. Wonderful pharmacy and staff. They are always helpful and serve you with a smile on their face. They all make sure to let you know by the way they interact that you are what is making their business run. have never had a negative interaction.

Today I walked in for information on getting a COVID booster. The clerk handed me a clipboard and asked me to fill out forms. I returned them to her and she asked me to wait for further assistance. A bit later, a different clerk asked me to come to cash register and get checked out. Okay, I’m from Oregon here visiting my son and things are different I’m getting used to that. She handed me a bunch of informational papers and a receipt for the vaccine. I asked her what I do next. She responded that she wasn’t sure and asked me to wait for someone to get me shortly. The lady who ultimately administered the vaccine came up to me and told me she couldn’t find me in system. I suppose she couldn’t since I am, or rather was, not on any system in North Dakota yet.
