There are several reasons i love this place. The biggest reason is the personal attention you feel.They strive to make sure you feel special, and that's with ALL their customers The staff is excellent!!! The manager Joseph is one of a kind. I love the fact that you don't feel like a number but rather a friend..It's that special hometown feeling you get that you don't get in the major pharmacies. They're fast too! Excellent service! I hope they run this place better than the other locations. Always running late. Never on time. Hardly answers phone. Doesn't call back when you leave a message. Pretends to fill medicines and then when you call to see if they are ready, they say oh we sold the place. HOW ABOUT A HEADS UP?!?!?! Completely unprofessional. May think it's ok to not take my son's drugs seriously, but I don't find it funny at all! It's a shame too. Because at first they were great. But towards the end of it, it was nothing but poor customer service. I don't understand why some people thinks it's ok to treat people with disrespect. Love this Pharmacy! They always are kind and attentive as well as always have my medication pre-ordered when they know I'm due for my regular monthly medications. Joseph is the Pharmacist and is so empathetic and makes me feel like a friend. I would recommend this medicine Shoppe to everyone!

I called to transfer a RX and the lady was super snappy and treated me like I was bothering her. After a while I guess she couldn’t hear me and started yelling “hello” into the phone. Which is when I just hung up and called another pharmacy to transfer to. If you’re in healthcare you have to actually care or feign care about your patients and prospective patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. I refilled a prescription through the automated system on Tuesday. I called Thursday morning, around 10:30, for a time to pick it up and they said they had no record of it and advised that I shouldn't use the automated attendant for refills (begs the question, why it's there as a service if it doesn't work). The tech put me on hold for five minutes, came back and said they would have the prescription filled at 5:30. I was in the area and decided to stop in to see if by chance it was ready. It was 4:00. They said it was not, but again it would be ready at 5:30. At 5:30, they called to say they would be unable to fill the prescription. They did have the compound they needed and it would not be available until Monday. She was sorry and there was noth
