The Medicine Shoppe

Wonderful, personal customer service! This is a small business, owned and operated by a local pharmacist. I have gone here for immunizations, beginning with COVID vaccines in 2020 through 2025. They work hard to offer easy to access services in their small, efficient locale-- no fighting through big, crowded stores! Just good, efficient service.

The level of customer service from every member of the staff has been exceptional! Recently we've had a higher need for their services and with every call and every question we are met with genuine care, help, and solutions! Thank you for making a challenging situation better! We're grateful for each of you!

Not once, but twice, my boyfriend was told all of his medications were canceled by his primary. Since The Medicine Shoppe has been his pharmacy for a few years, we suspected that it was his primary and we filed a complaint since he has life threatening needs for medication. It happened again, after establishing care with a new provider and explaining why he was transferring care to her. I called The Medicine Shoppe for clarification and they informed us that his new primary had canceled all prescriptions by all doctors. Ahem, so I contacted his new provider, spoke with her RN and was told that this didnt happen. The only prescriptions she has prescribed still had 1 more refill and would be renewed at his next visit. Recently switched to this pharmacy for convenience. Super nice people and the refills are crazy fast! They worked to ensure that all my prescriptions were transferred to their location. Thank you Medicine Shoppe! I am so grateful!!!!!
