The Medical Concierge Urgent Care | In-Room Medical Assistance

We are visiting from the UK and called The Medical Concierge on the recommendation of our hotel, as my daughter has been feeling really poorly. We were so impressed with the service we received from the lovely Dr Heather Simmonds. Within half an hour of my phone call the doctor was at our hotel room, and was so patient, thorough and kind to my daughter. It turns out she has an ear and throat infection and Dr Heather gave her the medicines she needs from her incredible suitcase of medicines. It was all so quick, easy and stress free I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We would most fe use again. Many thanks.

We called Medical Concierge when our 8 year old woke up sick on vacation. Erin was amazing. She was here within an hour of my calling. She was thorough, informative and so kind. She went above and beyond to assure we had everything we needed. Its terrible getting sick on vacation but wonderful to be able to access quality care.
