THE MED STATION GLEN HEAD - Debbie Feliciano MD - Family Medicine

I have had numerous issues with another provider at this Med Station location - doing things against my care plan, not listening to my feedback or adding important messages to my notes (so they have to be reiterated every visit and then ignored), not checking in about important medical issues. However, Whitney is fantastic and offers really comprehensive care. She provides proper time and attention to all issues. Carly has also been great.

Carly is truly the best PA! She is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond for her patients. Patient care is one of her greatest qualities, she takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure every patient feels comfortable and well cared for. She has such a warm and compassionate approach that makes a real difference. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

There’s a front desk female with light eyes, she didn’t check my insurance and then tried to bill for appointment AFTER they collected my blood and told me I’ll have to pay to continue service . I got frustrated and they called the police on me. The front desk with the light eyes was laughing at my frustration so when I asked her to see me outside that’s when she called the cops

Carly is amazing. She’s listens and understands I appreciate the support and effort she puts in. I’m always happy when she’s there.
