Therapy is the absolute worst. They refused to update and communicate with family or call back. They lie about plans, therapy times, and intentions and overall goals for residents. Overall the facility is dirty and also does not communicate with families despite numerous requests. They also do not reliably answer the phone. I cannot tell you how many time I have called and no one ever answers! Their administrator Jeff does nothing to assist with residents or help with family concerns. The worst day was walking through the dining room from visiting my sister to find residents with no divinity - shirts not pulled down, and even groin areas not fully covered. They even sent my sister to an appointment without notifying the office that she required a hoyer anc she showed up with he

My 37 year old son has been here since August. He has one of the most horrific diseases out there. He has Huntingtons disease which is like having ALS, Parkinson and alzheimers disease all at the same time. The disease is very unpredictable and you never how he will be or react to things from day to day. The staff here is absolutely AMAZING. I couldn't ask for nicer, more compassionate, empathic and attentive nurses and aides. My son has no control over any of his body movements, can say a few words but difficult to understand and is now having trouble eating and drinking. He is always treated with the utmost respect. I never been so upset!! I never seen so many WORKERS that work at a place like this have such bad attitudes. Amanda Novak is the Director of nursing she was so rude and nasty to a RESIDENT how can someone have a title like she does and be that way.The Nursing Aides works very short and was also upset about not having hot water to provide proper hygiene care. I pray something happens..The whole building needs to be shut down.My prayer go out to all the poor residents who lives there.

My grandfather was at this facility for 4 years before he passed the staff was the best they were the most caring staff my grandpa loved them all I will always recommend this facility. I was very overwhelmed when he passed trying to plan the funeral and the staff helped me through it 10 out of 10

The whole place smells like a hot dirty diaper. They claimed they were not auto debting for the full amount for couple of months so now they take whatever they want whenever they want leaving my 70 year old mother with less than $100 in her account after they took $800 on the 15th and again on the 17th. She was told the difference was only $60 a month and they caught the error early on so even a year wouldn't total $800 so at this point they're stealing. She just spoke with the corporate office and they don't even know how long the air happened and how much she was behind due to their error so at this point they are just stealing from an old person.
