The Massage Suite

I am not one to write negative reviews, but when you have dishonest and corrupt people running businesses, people need to know. Jessica James, the owner and operator of The Massage Suite, simply didn't want to honor or frankly even acknowledge me after she found out I had a Groupon for her business, purchased collectively by my young kids as a birthday gift for me. As you can read from the screenshot below, after trying to get ahold of her for months, leaving voicemail after voicemail, I was able to find her new alternate website and book an appt that was almost a month out. Then just about an hour before my appointment, she said she was sick and needed to reschedule. People get sick, totally understandable, I wish I was told first thing in the morning and not an hour out, but fine, so

I used a Groupon to purchase a 90 minute hot-stone massage from The Massage Suite the first time in May 2023. I usually just get 60 minute massages in my area, but thought I'd splurge that time around. I was not disappointed! Jessica was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Not only did she know her stuff when it came to technique, she was also informative about how and why she did what she did as it relates to the muscles. I encouraged my adult son to go to her and he, too, was very pleased with his experience. I have recently purchased a few more sessions and can hardly wait to go back. Jessica is HIGHLY recommended.

I just had one of the best massages ever! Jessica is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her craft. I received a Groupon for my birthday, and I would not hesitate to book another session at full price!

I bought a Groupon several months ago for 3 massages and when I tried to book online, the available bookings were over a month away. I tried to get a refund from Groupon but was denied. So, I got one massage that was ok. I booked another massage for 7:00 pm on a Friday night. The masseuse texted me and said she was running about 15 minutes late and the door would be locked, but she would let me in right away. "Hi, just a heads up, I'm running about 15 behind. No one came to the door, so I knocked on the glass with my key so they could hear me. I stood outside the door for 5 minutes trying to get someone to come to

We purchased several Groupon for the Massage Suite and had a couple really nice experiences, until they completely overbooked themselves and could not keep up with the existing schedule. We bought my Mother in Law a 60 minute massage for her birthday. She ended up waiting an hour and a half and was never acknowledged or serviced during that wait. The same happened to myself with an appointment. I was notified only a couple hours before my scheduled appointment that the therapist would not be available anymore. When I tried to reschedule they didn't have an opening for almost a month. If a business cancels on you, they should make sure they can reschedule as close as possible. When we finally got in touch with someone competent enough to help, we asked for a refund for both appointments. I
