Yes I know another review about Groupon gone wrong… However, this has nothing to do with that. I have left maybe four reviews in my entire life, so take that for what it's worth, I'm not awesome at this. I'm writing this review because my wife was having difficulty scheduling an appointment. She was referred to the website to schedule… Which was full. She was then told to text… a response text told her to go back to the website and look at FAQs. Long story short it was a bit of a run around and no appointment was scheduled. But wait, there's more! This beautiful experience culminated with being called by one of the employees. YIKES! Stay away at ALL COSTS! Unprofessional, rude, catty, staff. They kept rescheduling my appointment and sending multiple emails with the wrong dates and times. After 5 weeks of rescheduling and misinformed (dates and times) emails, I thought I was set to receive my massage this Saturday. Then I received an email this morning stating I was booked for an appointment on Thursday, just Thursday, no appointment reminder for Saturday... I sent a very kind text to hopefully resolve the issue (please see attached). In return, I received an incredibly rude/passive-aggressive text, and it went downhill from there. Wonderful Massage! Rachel was amazing she was able to get to the root of my pain. Felt energetic and relaxed at the same time! Love this place!
