I bought a 90 minute massage on Groupon in April and was not able to get an appointment until the end of Aug and after my session with Cat yesterday, I totally understand why she stays booked ... her massage is awesome and worth the wait! She offers a treatment like no other I have ever had before ... incorporates hot towels not once, not twice, but 3 times during the massage (back, neck and face) ... absolutely incredible! She is very rehearsed at her craft, she makes sure she understands your needs going into the massage, is thorough in her review and then starts the journey methodically working from head to toe and then toe to head. I personally like to go to my "happy place" while getting a massage and Cat tuned in by only letting the soft background music fill the area as she worked h

I wish I could rate this business without even giving a star. My husband was recommended here by family member. He purchased a 2 hour massage for me for Mother’s Day. After a lot of hassle, I was finally able to get an appointment. 2 days before my appointment, I received a confirmation email. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received an email canceling my appointment. The email asked for days I was available to reschedule. I promptly responded with dates, and never got a response. I sent another email asking for someone to please get back to me about rescheduling. The response was they must have overlooked my last email. So I responded with more dates I was available only to get nothing back. I’ve emailed several times trying to reschedule only to be ignored. Is this place even legit? More negative reviews than positive? Responses are always critical of the customers? High volume but can’t afford a live attendant? So busy, but sick? Are the good reviews real? “You’re not in out appointment book?” “Go through your third party!”, never seen a legit business make so many excuses or blame others. Shady. Owners are listed give their own page 5 stars? This is a joke... right? Going elsewhere to many other reliable therapist that I ain’t have to worry about reoccurring credit card charges. One time is understandable. All the reoccurring complaints about the same issues. I’m out.

As a business owner I hate to leave bad reviews for any business, especially small, local businesses, but I feel like this one is definitely warranted. I received a Groupon from a friend July 2016 for a 90 minute massage of my choice. The Groupon was set to expire in October so I went online to book the massage a few weeks prior to the expiration date. The first Saturday opening they had was for the last Saturday in January 2017 so I went ahead and booked it with the owner Cat for a full body massage. In November, I believe, I received an email indicating Cat had been in an accident and wouldn't be able to keep some of her appointments, but that I would be notified if anything changed. My experience is very similar to the other negative review. Trying to book a massage on Groupon was awful. Finally got an appointment ,months later; had questions about my massage? Tried to call Cat multiple times, nothing!! Went to my “scheduled” appointment and no one showed up!!! Then several months later I get charged on my credit card. What do you know - a reoccuring charge from Massage Evolution! I handled that issue with my credit card as scam! Groupon is no help. Suggested I contacted the business? HA! I have called and email with no responses at all. Civil Suit costs more than the massages. You got me!
