The Mariemont Care Center

Mariemont Care Center has a phenomenal team of compassionate and caring staff members, showing a genuine concern for the well-being of every resident. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort and care, and it truly shows. The therapy department is comprised of highly skilled therapists with many years of experience in long-term care, and you can see the impact of their collaborative approach with the nursing staff to ensure all needs are being met. They work together to create personalized care plans for each patient, and it makes such a difference in the recovery and quality of life for the residents. Staff strives to treat each resident like family, with respect and dignity, which fosters a seamless experience for everyone.

The staff never responded to calling the nurse via patient’s room. My father was there for a week. If my father needed any help, I had to go find it. My father was told by the physical therapist not to walk to the restroom without calling a nurse. I had to take him myself every time. In the middle of the night, my father walked unassisted to the restroom. The few staff members who were there were very nice but completely under staffed and accidents are inevitable.

The staff does not care about their patients. My daughter is a resident there and is not ambulatory. She has shower days, Tuesdays and Fridays, and that rarely happens. The family has to visit her each and every day change her bed wash her up and change her diapers.They do not change her and has been soiled from 7 AM till 7 PM without being washed fed her lunch and dinner has been left on her tray table and says she indicated she was not hungry. The integrity of the workers are very questionable. The administration will not return any calls with your concerns. And when I visit the office, they always say they’re not available and will call later, but they never do. I wish I had somewhere else to place my daughter. Refreshing to walk into a nursing home that really cares for their residents! The staff goes above and beyond from admission to discharge my grandmas needs were met. I highly recommend! The new renovations and management are taking it to the next level. So thankful!

The staff and all the workers including AIDS and nurses all made me feel so welcome with my mother they made us feel like a member of the family and we felt like everything would be taken care of I couldn't ask for anything better I am grateful for the mariemont Care center
