Lovely facility beautifully decorated! Terrific, friendly, caring staff. Super staff in the Therapy department. They had my husband ready to go home ahead of the projected time for discharge. Excellent program and individualized treatment. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you to every member of the care team and staff!

Get a printout of all the medications that are being given to your loved one because they over medicate. They won't answer your questions when you ask. They give a patient all the medicines that have ever been prescribed that are in the computer. They like to keep them doped up and in diapers even though your loved one knows when they need to use the restroom. My mom fell 3 times, while there, in a 1 month time frame. Had wounds from falls and wounds due to staying in wet diaper too long. When you voice the problems to the administrator, he is unapologetic and unsympathetic! All he said was "we keep them safe and we don't abuse them" Example of treatment- Mom had a doctor's appointment at 8:45. I met her and the shuttle driver at doctors office. Facility is nice, but the staffing from the Administrators to nurses to housekeeping is horrible. They have a shortage of nurses (night shift, overnight shift, and every weekend), the nurses are not attentive to the patients/residents, nosey in hallway due to nurses loudly talking about personal matters, the nurses on the night shift/overnight allow the patients to roam the hallways all times of the night going into other patient's room and the patients are being neglected especially when they need assistance to the restroom. Also, I was able to witness nursing staff sleeping while on duty, but this place is suppose to be under 24/7 surveillance and please pay close attention to medication they are giving your love ones. The place is clean the staff is friendly they need to have a bus driver for the weekend also for transportation of the residents there.
