The Loft Rehabilitation & Nursing

My Dad was at The Loft from May 2022 to March 2023. I didn’t want to put my Dad in any nursing home. I feel they always get a bad reputation. However, from the moment I toured The Loft to when we moved out after my Dad passed, we were always treated with kindness. My Dad was able to have his own room even though he was on Medicaid. The room was everything he needed. It wasn’t perfect but we made it look like home for him. The staff treated him with dignity, respect, and was very kind. A couple weeks after he moved in I was informed by the staff that Honor Flight was looking for Veterans to go on their next flight (only two weeks away). My Dad qualified because he was on hospice. My mother is a resident at the Loft in Eureka,Il. We truly couldn't be more pleased with the service and overall care!! The facility is beautiful , clean, and the food is good! I have met most of the staff and every one of the staff truly are a blessing!! They have a hard job, and lots of times doing work for 2 persons jobs and they do it with such grace!! I feel they are so great, and they honestly deserve bonuses! Most importantly my Mom is Happy there! To the staff, our family is so very appreciative for you!! Thank you!!

We have had a loved one at The Loft in Eureka since August 2023. My wife & I go see her every day. And every day she tells us how nice all of the CNA’s & Nurses are. She says everyone that takes care of her is so good to her. She tells us all about the awesome girls that help her to do everything. I know every employee at The Loft treats my wife & me like we are family. From Maintenance to Management I am happy with everyone. I am so glad we looked around and decided on The Loft for my sister. She deserves the best….

The Loft N.H. Eureka IL location was very disapointing in all areas while my mother was there. If you have a love one you just need to drop off The Loft N.H. in Eureka IL is the place. This facility needs to be inspected by the state of IL due to lack of care and attentive to the people who are placed at this location, not by choice. Do your research!! We had no choice since my mother was transfered from another Loft in IL . I was a POA for healtcare for my mother. I requested documents concerning my mothers care while she was at the The Loft in Eureka they claimed was done daily during her stay, it was never given to me. From experience if you do drop your love one's off . Take the time to do unexpected visits. Again I hope the state of IL for healthcare will investigate THE LOFT N.H. o

This place has really disappointed me. I have a loved one there that has been left soaked in pee while multiple nurses are standing around chatting. Nurses are also not educated on how to transfer patients from bed to wheel chair etc… Edit to add: My love one has now passed away. She had a stage 4/5 bedsore from pure neglect of this place . These people just care about getting paid and not about the health of the residents. Dementia was going to take her one way or another but this place caused her pain and quickened the process from neglect. I’m absolutely mortified. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
