I hate going to the doctor so I put it off for weeks even tho I was sick. Went to this clinic cause my gf recommended it and I was very happy with my experience. I saw they take lunch at 1:30-2:15 on their website so I showed up at about 2:45. I expected to wait a few hours but I was in and out with no appointment in about an hour. The staff was super friendly and the process was easy. I will definitely be using them from now on. I've read other reviews and my suggestion is not to go too close to their lunch and understand that they are busy at times.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! Like holy cow! I don't leave reviews for anything but this place DESERVES it. I hope they see my review and know how awesome they are. I went here yesterday 07/02/2021 and was seen. I had to bring two of my children with me. They were SO beyond friendly and the nurse, unfortunately I forget her name, hung out with my oldest son while I was being seen. My son had a lovely experience and had FUN helping the nurse print papers out, which in turn made my visit there awesome! I had no wait time, was promptly brought back into a room and the, I believe was a PA or NP?, handled my situation greatly. She was so thorough and kind! Kindness goes such a long ways with me. I would give no stars if I could. Easily the worst doctor experience in years or maybe ever! I arrived at 10:45 with only one person in room and one in waiting room. I checked in at terminal and thought that I could get a prognosis and out of the office soon. I’m certain that it was the flu! Anyhow, about 15 minutes later the person in the waiting room was taken to the examining room. In about another 30 minutes the nurse practitioner comes out and checks me in. Then proceeds to tell me that she’s going to lunch and it will be an hour before she can see me. I have no idea why that discussion couldn’t have occurred at least an hour earlier. This place was NO help for me. The lady’s name was Tiffany that I talked to tonight. She was rude and didn’t care about what I was telling her. She kept telling me that I needed a Covid test, and they would be able to do it Monday. She said they hadn’t been doing them because they were going to start on Monday 08/03/2020. Don’t waste your time or money here. I told her that I thought I had a sinus infection. After telling her my symptoms, sheet agreed with me that it was probably a sinus infection. She told me that I needed Zyrtec D. I told her that I had been on Zyrtec for a week. I hadn’t done the decongestant because I’ve had a post nasal drip and blowing my nose so I didn’t see the reason for the decongestant. She sent me over to Kroger’s Pharmecy, and I ended up buying the decongesta
Sat there almost 40 mins to be told my insurance isn't active which is BS because it IS active. I just used it a few days ago. The lady on the computer couldn't even enter my zip code or address correctly. She kept calling me up to ask questions on information I'd already given her. I feel miserable and she knew it. Yet they could care less.
