Loved the Nurse Practioner ! They have saved me a couple times. Once I needed a school physical, and I didn't think they even did that but I was on a time crunch....someone said "try the LC", so I did. I'm also a Veteran, and I usually drive 45mins to an hour in I75/ 275 traffic to get to the VA normally. I was so tired and so sick I just didn't want to make that drive. I called the LC. They were great! The only small complaint I have is the Kiosk, and the online appointment making just because they are not very user friendly.... UNTIL.......😡🤬 They refused to treat my daughter after 3 Dr's visits, they frighten my daughter then began arguing with me saying " well ur kid says she's ok" oh for Pete's Sake. She missed school repeatedly has a sinus infection but for some reason this so c

The worst clinic ever Mary the PCT unprofessional. Upon me walking up to the desk she already had an attitude. I answered her questions then she said I am not seeing you. I ask why she said you can go across the street to urgent care. I said why are you refusing me service. She stated she can refuse service to anyone she likes. She will not be waiting on me. I was so disappointed because I love that Kroger everyone is so nice. I believe it had a lot to do with my race. It was apparent upon me greeting the desk. I hope they do not treat others like this. As a medical professional I was sad that patient care had gotten this awful. I give this place a zero stars if I could. Mary is so unprofessional is sad she definitely should not be waiting on patients.

ZERO STARS! Absolutely the worst experience ever. It was a Sunday at 3 and my son woke up with ear pain. Since his PCP was closed I wanted to get him somewhere before they closed. I was at the Little Clinic by 3:15... plenty of time before they closed. The receptionist was extremely rude when I said I didn't have an appointment but it was because he woke up from a nap (he's 3 years old) and crying of ear pain, sweats and red face. She told me they were completely full for the rest of the day with no appointments yet the waiting room had zero people in it and both exam rooms were empty, when my son saw us leaving he asked to see the doctor and when I told him they won't let him be seen he grabbed his ears and cried about how bad they hurt. This is the absolute worst place ever.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came on a Thursday with symptoms of a sore throat that I knew was gonna turn into sinus sinus infection because it happens with me all the time. As a nurse I also understand illness and sickness. But when I was seen on Thursday with an incompetent NP or PA, they’re only recommendation was changing an allergy medication and adding a nasal spray after a negative strep test. So when things got worse by Saturday after doing “their” recommendations, I returned and received another incompetent NP or PA who pretty much told me that they can’t give an antibiotic prescription unless you’ve been suffering for more than 10 to 14 days... Seriously. I’ve been seen by Kroger clinics for a few years now and I’ve never been treated this way and if they wou

I had been to this one previous time and had a a good experience. This one was different. I was the only one in the waiting room, arrived 15 minutes early and was immediately brought back to a room. The provider didn’t come in until 30+ minutes after my appointment time. She then asked why it matter that she was late and if I had somewhere to be. I was there for a suspected eye infection and she had medicine prescribed and ordered to the pharmacy and had not even examined me. My paperwork was done and printed before the exam even begun. All in all, she spent less than 1 minute examining me and stared at her computer for the other few minutes. I would highly avoid. They don’t seem to value anyone’s time or examine anyone appropriately. Check in process was smooth and the patient tech was v
