The Little Clinic

I've taken my family here for several years and we've never had anything but amazing service. Each time we come home wondering how every person we interact with in the clinic can all be the nicest people ever. So thankful for you all! When we've needed it, the people over at pharmacy are great, too.

I had an appointment for 1215 today and still have yet to be seen. I finally walked out because there were still multiple people ahead of me some that had appointments scheduled for 1130. One person working at a clinic like that is absolutely ridiculous.

It seems pointless to post, and I’ve read dozens of similar reviews and it seems nothing has changed. I was seen today, and both the nurse and NP seemed completely bothered that I was even there. I was seen for a minor cut on the bottom of my foot, and the infection had started to spread. My mom has been a nurse for over 30 years, so I consulted with her first on where I should get treatment (i.e. ER or a clinic). I was told at the desk during check-in, “We probably can’t do much for you here”. I don’t have insurance, so this was the cheaper option. The nurse then takes me back to do vitals, and asks me why I “didn’t go to the ER”, and again, “we probably won’t be able to do much for you”. All before my foot was even looked at. My daughter went there and was prescribed antibiotics. Her symptoms were worsening. She called back in and was basically not heard and was told that was the strongest antibiotics. Well obviously, 3 days in there is a problem and something else needed prescribed. I called 2 times without a response. They need more education on patient care. Use to be a good place to go. I would nor recommend for you or your loved ones.

0 ⭐️ Fairborn little clinic is TERRIBLE because of one NP. Never had a problem with any of the others I have seen there. Third time i have gone to this clinic and seen same NP Karlene Williamson . I thought the rudeness the first time was maybe she was having a bad day but by 3rd visit realized she just has a very bad attitude. The Nurse Practitioner there is extremely rude. Acts bothered by you, no eye contact just typed the whole time, isn't listening to the patient. Might have heard half of what I said. Went in there cause I had an extremely sore throat and more symptoms as well as congestion, infectIon color mucus and cough.Gave me cough meds and Flonase and sent me on my way . When I called because im getting worse not better and now my ear that felt a little full is now aching and f
