Absolutely horrible experience. Brought my 13 year old daughter in for a strep test. While filling out the forms, I opted to also have her tested for flu/covid since she was running a low grade fever for 3 days with a sore throat and body aches. Not my first child, so I'm not one to freak out but I did want to have a strep test just in case. However, I also know my kid has had a much higher fever for days longer, present way sicker than she appeared, and it be just a virus. Nurse Practitioner Val came in and stated I should never have allowed my child to be so sick for 3 days and she probably had meningitis. I brought my daughter here to have her eyes checked, and everything went smoothly. I did the pre-check in before coming, which helped move it along and after filling out a little bit of paperwork and showing proof of ID, we were in and out of there in no time! They sent over a prescription to the pharmacy right there and it was ready in 20 minutes. Dr. Valerie was lovely. Would definitely come here again!

Do not bother coming here. I first came here when I had a really bad cough and was experiencing 104 fevers that I could not get under control. The fever would go down if I took medicine, but after four days I still had a fever if I didn't take medication. I never had a sore throat, sneezing, or any congestion. When I was taken back for my appointment, my temperature was taken and I didn't have a fever. I explained that I was on medication to help with the fever, but it was still causing me to feel absolutely horrible. My cough was the worst cough I had ever had. I stated that I needed some sort of antibiotic because it was clear that I had some sort of infection from what I was coughing up. DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment for something I needed to be urgently seen for. Unfortunately, I had to make it late in the day because I had to wait for my husband to get home from work to watch our toddler before I could go. I made the appointment online, over an hour prior to the appointment time. Four minutes before my appointment, after I had already arrived at the location, I received an email saying my appointment had been cancelled. The emailed looked identical to the confirmation email, and even included a confirmation code. The only difference was that one line said "Your appointment has been cancelled." Followed by "Thank you for visiting The Little Clinic... etc." I didn't see the one line because I saw the confirmation code (just like the confirmation email). So, when I

If you make an appointment ahead of time, show up a few minutes early to fill out paperwork, have your ID and insurance out and ready, it’s a super quick and easy process through. The staff are caring and empathetic with you especially if you show some respect as you should. The phone calls now go straight to a call center as I was told, so don’t go in yelling at the staff in the clinic. They have no control over it. Jessica was amazing with me and my daughter and I’ll be returning to this clinic any time I’m in need.
