The Little Clinic

I scheduled back-to-back appointments for my son and myself at 3:15 and 3:30. When I called, I was routed through a call center and told we could be seen together. We arrived at 3:20 and were turned away for being late. The doctor came out and said appointments are every 15 minutes and that we were 5 minutes late, then 7 minutes late as we stood there. I explained we had back-to-back appointments and were ready to be seen. During the conversation, I mentioned what I believed my son would likely need based on past experience — an antibiotic and a steroid. Two weeks ago, I brought my other son in, and the same doctor listened to his lungs for a few minutes and then asked me what medications we preferred. Had gone in with my dad, I was super sick prior and just needed to see a doctor. We had gone in, maybe five minutes late and I was rejected the opportunity to be seen. The doctor even decided to take it upon himself to be passive aggressive towards my father and started going back and forth with him over seeing the obviously sick kid in front of him. The doctor mocked my dad and told him he didn’t know what he was talking about. The receptionist was also no help, she looked like she wanted nothing to do with her job. Mind you this is while I WAS BEING REJECTED SERVICE. The doctor is completely and entirely unprofessional and the receptionist should change jobs if she doesn’t wanna be there. The receptionist at the front desk needs some serious mentorship and professional and courteous people skills training . The brown skin dark long hair young girl at the front desk was trash! She didn’t want to be there, she didn’t want to do her job, Ashe looked fir every reason why she couldn’t help me, I got there at 2:50pm, the clinic closes at 4 pm and she said no more appointments available, however young yt girl in front online hit taken in and was accepted but me right after her, I walk up and they’re aren’t anymore appointments available.. so I had to ask if there was so they location that had availability, she like yes, I ask if she can see which location, she huffing and puffing like she didn’t want to help, I had to probe her for options to be seen today, I’m in pain with a infe

I really liked the ease of scheduling the appointment over the phone, the customer service rep was nice. Once at the clinic, the receptionist/medical assistant was also nice, took my vitals, and listened to my concerns. The NP Vanessa Wheeler was also caring, efficient, and professional. She has excellent bedside manners and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan. The clinic was also very clean. Thank you very much to all of you!

The care is fine the billing is NOT. Didn’t submit a claim to my insurance even though they took my insurance card and made a copy at check in. Sent a bill to collections before 60 days saying they didn't have verified address even though they sent other statements to my current address, made a copy of my driver’s license at check-in, my address hasn't changed for TWENTY years and didn’t try to contact me by phone or email (both of which they verified with me). Bad, bad.
