Horrible compassionless service. I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and then waited 40 minutes before having to leave due to severe pain. I would be much healthier now if I had just spent that time at home resting. A total waste of time and unnecessary suffering.

Walked in today and was out under 30 minutes. Super super friendly receptionist Julie and an also super friendly and caring nurse practitioner Alyssa! Loved feeling like they actually cared about me and not feeling rushed!!!

My family and I made an appointment for my nephew because he most likely has strep throat. My sister, his Mom, confirmed the appointment. We even have a screenshot of the confirmed appointment. My sister gets there to check in and the appointment isn't in the system. They canceled it. They weren't late so there was no reason for it to get canceled. This isn't the first time this has happened, in-fact it's the second time in a month. It has happened more than that. The people there care and are usually really kind, but the system doesn't always work.

Perfect for families to get fast help with ear infections, pink eye and minor allergic reactions. Way faster and cheaper than a full service urgent care. Attached to a pharmacy so easy to be out the door with everything you need quickly. Even grabbed some milk and eggs.

Made an appointment, showed up for appointment only to have the person at the front desk tell me they basically can't do anything for me because they don't have any imaging and suggested I go to urgent care. I have had ankle injuries before and I know it is not broken, all I wanted was an exam. Never will I ever return here, rude and unprofessional.
