The Little Clinic

I had some tests done here and though the results on the portal did not help to explain my symptoms I did not receive a phone call with next steps. I called looking for answers and was told that the doctor was busy but that I would receive a call back later that day. I just got that call TWO MONTHS LATER. How helpful -__-

After reading the reviews I’m not sure where they say the staff was unprofessional because that was not my experience. The front desk was very nice. My only complaint is that we waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. My daughters were seen and their exam was smooth. I didn’t experience any type of rudeness. The provider was amazing. I experienced nothing but kindness. She did exactly what I needed her to do. I think people just want something to complain about. I wish more providers were full of life like the women who took care of my babies here today. Thank you!

It’s clear from reading other reviews that my experience wasn’t unique. The staff was unprofessional and seemed like they didn’t want to be there any more than I did. During my visit, the exam room door wasn’t even closed, gloves weren’t used, and when I explained my symptoms, I was asked to “prove it.” The lack of basic professionalism and care is unacceptable. This was my second visit and will definitely be my last. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for competent or compassionate care.

I went to the clinic because of respiratory issues and the nurse who saw me didn’t do a full lung exam (she just listened and didn’t ask me to say A or do palpations to listen for consolidation). She also kept insisting I had a viral cause of an infection not considering that it could be related to mycoplasma pneumoniae. I just think they need to do a better job with differentials and maybe consider getting an x-ray machine to help them with diagnosing patients.
