I visited the life center when my son was killed and I was having difficulty controlling my emotions. The trial was approaching and I was not sure how I would make it through. Deborah helped me learn skills to control my crying within her sessions. Since then I have made it through the sentencing hearing, thanks to her. I had my postcard to remind me of my "good" day to help me speak to the judge and ensure I was coherent and with control of my emotions. I can't thank her enough.

Although I have known of the Life Center and it's director, Sheryle Baker, for many years. I never needed their services until my sweet Mother passed in Feb. of 09. First counseling with Sheryle was more than counseling. I felt like I was a friend who listened and understood my pain of the such a great loss. Sheryle and the counselors who headed the support group I attended were very loving and compassionate. If you have had a loss of any kind, young and old a like, come the Life Center and get the help you need.

Mr Tom is a God send he was just what my Family needed during our Absolute time of sorrow, Britney has such a positive light , I can’t thank her enough for shedding tears with me and being so kind .
