On March 3rd, I went in for a procedure with Dr. Richard Davi, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that cared for me that day. First, if anyone is ever looking for a urologist, Dr. Davi is truly one of the best. Along with his PA, Kevin Ordaz, they create an environment that is welcoming and reassuring. From the moment you meet them, you automatically feel safe and in good hands. Dr. Davi was also very honest and upfront with me about my options, especially considering my medical history with stage 3 ovarian cancer that had spread. I truly appreciated his transparency and compassion. When I walked into the procedure room to prepare, everything was organized and ready. My nurse, Rafael Rodriguez, began prepping me and was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, patient

Beautiful, modern facility! Great staff and equipment. Could benefit from better signage and giving parking instructions to patients before their appointments. Unbeknownst to me, they have a garage here and will validate your parking. I only visited for annual eye exam. Highly recommend just get better instructions from your provider as to exactly where they're located and parking instructions. It's a vast, large facility, and more specific instructions were not given to me. Would've definitely given it 5 stars if not for these areas they could improve upon.

I have received treatment here for several things, since it is the closest to my campus and has a good history. The communication coming from the providers is atrocious though. I cannot get in contact with my surgeon to send necessary medical records. Not through my chart, not through their horribly regulated automated phone directory. I have called 10 times today, each time being placed on a hold of over thirty minutes, before I am disconnected or promised a call back- which is NEVER returned. They promise to keep your place in line, but the system is so flawed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d like to share my experience at Leonard Medical Center, located next to the University of Miami. Overall, this facility represents strong values, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. My doctor, Jason Levine, is an exceptional physician. He is knowledgeable, respectful, approachable, and truly takes the time to listen. You can tell he cares not only about his patients but also about maintaining high standards with his staff. Everywhere I go, I hear people speak positively about him, which says a lot about the kind of doctor—and person—he is. Excellent facility serving Coral Gables, South Miami and South Dade. Dr. Howard Anapol, Head of Internal Medicine, has been our Primary for over 20 years, always providing professional, knowledgeable and empathetic medical assistance. In many occasions, he called us, after a consultation and even on a Sunday, to make sure we were ok, that we understood the results of our tests, etc. His nursing staff is fantastic. We trust you will be there for us for a long time to come.🙏❤️
