The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

We had a wonderful experience at The Legacy. My mom was there for 4 weeks following hip replacement surgery, and every department exceeded my expectations. From admissions to therapy to nursing and everything in between, I cannot say enough good things about this facility. It is clean, bright and welcoming, and every employee went out of their way to make my mom's stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend The Legacy at Boca Raton!

Good Care and Supportive Staff Our experience with Legacy Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton has been very positive. The facility is clean, well organized, and the staff is caring and professional. Scotty, the Enrollment Director, was friendly and helpful throughout the admission process and made everything clear and straightforward. Sheila, the Head Nurse, is attentive and clearly takes pride in the care being provided. Lina in Social Services was kind, responsive, and supportive, helping us navigate the process and answering our questions along the way. Overall, the team at Legacy made a challenging situation easier, and we appreciate the care and attention they provided. Legacy is everything you didn't expect at a rehab. It's welcoming, it's bright, and it's very clean. The staff is very attentive and if you need something, they're right there. The food is very good. The therapists are professional, patient and very good at what they do. A special shout out to Janet for her wonderful care and for always answering questions that we had. Our nurse Brooke was always cheerful and helpful. Jennifer and Mark at the nurses station were always there for anything that you needed And you didn't have to wait. Last but not least, Teri Hamilton, the concierge, is a very happy and bright addition to legacy with her beautiful smile and eagerness to do whatever it takes to make you happy. We recommend this place 100%.

Transferring my father to Legacy of Boca Raton was truly life-saving. After a difficult experience at another rehab facility in Boca, the difference in care was immediate. The facility is spotless and extremely well maintained. The staff is friendly, experienced, and genuinely attentive. Most importantly, the daily PT regimen has made a significant impact — my dad is now steadily improving and on track for discharge. We are incredibly grateful and can’t say enough about the exceptional care he’s received.

This is without a doubt a top rehab in south florida My mom has been here for 21 days and can only say it was the best choice that I could have made for her. The facility is extremely clean, bright and cheerful for a rehab facility.
