I had a great experience getting my lash lift done here. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and already knew who I was, which made the check‑in feel effortless. Bailey was the one who helped me, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She walked me through each step of the lash lift, explained the different options, and made sure I understood what to expect. She was gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how much care she put into the service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and left feeling very happy with the results. Thank you, Bailey, for making the appointment so smooth and enjoyable.

Editing my review because they went above and beyond to make this situation right. While there was much inconvenience, I now know how their salon works and was told they would be updating their hours of operation so other patrons are not misinformed like I was. Ultimately, their lashes are great quality and all of my previous experience with this studio have been positive and I’ve always left happy. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the professionalism of this franchise. I booked with a master stylist to show up to my appointment and be booked with a regular stylist who could not give me the lashes I was hoping for. Then, their website, voicemail, and google listing all say that on Mondays they open at 9am. Due to this information, I arrive at their studio at 9:15 and no one is there. I

I have been going to The Lash Lounge Kingwood for a couple years now. I have regularly seen Alyssa, and she is fantastic! She is very detailed in her work, and so caring and kind with her clients. Every person I have encountered at this location has been amazing. Customer service is outstanding. They communicate well, and always have a smile on their face. I truly enjoy my experience here each month I visit!

I booked an appointment on the 23rd for a last minute eyebrow and upper lip threading session to be ready for the holidays. They were able to accommodate me and I was even able to show up earlier!! 😍 I’m pretty familiar with the threading procedure and whatnot but they had me fill out a form to know more about me; it felt nice, knowing they take that into account. The young lady (I forgot her name 🥲) who actually did my threading was super nice and a great person to talk to! We had a great time just chatting while she was working. Although I let her know I’ve had threading before, she was still super careful and made sure I knew what she was doing/what she was going to do next. She even apologized for the pain LOL! Absolutely great experience, start to finish from the moment I walked in! The staff is incredibly friendly and every detail is carefully considered, you can tell they genuinely care about delivering top-notch work. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail in both service and environment is impressive. They listen and they do whatever it takes to ensure you leave happy. I was kept informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that consistently exceeds expectations, but this one does just that. I couldn’t recommend this business highly enough.
