After having been scammed by a different laser repair company and had parts stolen from our Candela Laser machine, Franke, Ryan, and Rafael got us back up and running. I’m really happy and impressed with the service I’ve received from The Laser Professionals. They got Rafael out to my MedSpa quickly, he was great! Thorough in explaining everything he was doing and he took detailed documentation (vids, pics etc) since I wasn’t on site. Frankie the owner has been amazing.
