The Injury Clinic

I have been seen at the Beaverton location a handful of times. This review is not about the location itself or the level of care provided, but about the staff who answer the phone. I assume these are not the same coordinators who work the front desk in person. When selecting the option to make or cancel an appointment, calls are routed to a coordinator. Over the past two weeks, I called maybe five times once and consistently experienced extremely rude behavior. On one occasion, a coordinator even hung up on me. I have even left voicemails and never received a return phone call. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way to Beaverton to ask a question. The individuals names have been noted but it’s frustrating and unprofessional. Please do better.

Everyone was very caring. My xrays were transferred from another Clinic right away and I didn't have to wait long to be on my way. If the need arises I will definitely use this Clinic again. Plus I got a cool stealthy cast out of the deal!

I did a walk-in on a Monday morning and was able to get set up immediately with an appointment and x-rays. The facility is in a good location relative to bus routes, this location is easy to find, clean, and the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. This business came recommended from a Zoom+ nurse and I am glad I went. Great care, good people to work with.

My husband and I have BOTH had accidents in the last week, and because we are from another state we have not been able to jump through the hoops at the hospital or through our at home doctors to get the medical attention we needed here in Oregon. We both visited this office and were seen by Dr. Jennifer. She was able to get my husband in with a local surgeon within the span of a one-week from his injury. This is record time in my opinion. She was also able to help me with my fracture in my foot and was up front about the best options for me as I am not currently insured. Their office is easy to navigate to, the team is transparent with you (rare in the medical field) and genuinely wants to help you, and they answer all of your questions and ensure you feel confident before leaving the offi

Don’t waste your time at the ER - this place is SO much better. Walked in and they helped my son right away - after spending hours at the ER with nothing done for him. GTO was so fast and fixed him up with a cast a day before the ER said they could “maybe” do it. Each appointment check went pretty quick. No bells and whistles or guilt trips of any kind. Really appreciated the professionalism and kindness there
