The Independence Center

One of the best experiences I've had in Colorado springs establishments. JOE and building were great. So much real time justice understanding and providential guidance. Came out of The independence Center. Clear, happy and hopeful. Thankyou Joe and the organization for such a simple help and solution to help me consider my next steps. Love love love. Just wanting to say , Amy had her housing inspection, by Jamie. Very professional with his inspection. Also, above and beyond with his inner action with Amy. They had a great conversation. He also was very good with her little four year old niece. They also had some good talks, she made sure she asked him to come back. Glad to meet him and welcome to the team.

You never answer the phone! Trying to get family care for my sister and you people don't answer the damn phones, leave a message, no call back. We were told this was a good agency. I wonder if we'll ever get a call to find out. Grrrrr

The reason I give them two stars is they lack services. I had been a client for 5 years and went faithfully to the support group. Now that they said I have disruptive behavior and they also lack on thing. They do not have credentials to support the organizations because they do not show bio and what they do to help clients with. They also implemented new policy to limit occurrences of the clients. They are supportive but they lack is their credentials.

They don't care about the patient. But they care about the funding they get. I will reach out to every sponsor. And inform them of the truth. And my experience. This is not to be rude. But to make sure the care and compassion is being applied.
