Scammer Alert; I purchased a massage package through Groupon and later decided to buy an additional three sessions directly from the therapist, paying her in cash. Unfortunately, she denied ever receiving the cash and refused to honor the purchase. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I trusted her with my money, but her denial and refusal to provide the services I paid for have made me question her integrity and professionalism. I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this therapist, especially when it comes to payments.

Made appointment, was called the day before told they had doubled booked. I had to re arrange my schedule to come later. Arrived at new time and she was 30 min late. The massage? I thought with the poor start maybe it would be worth it. I specifically mentioned stiffness in left shoulder and neck. 90 min massage focused on arms and legs. Not 10 minutes was spent on area I asked . This was no deep tissue massage. Very disappointed! Was told i should make multiple visits to feel better.other massage therapists i went to I felt great after 60 min

Tia was absolutely amazing! By far this was the most intensive massage I’ve ever experienced. You will not regret it.

I purchased a Groupon foam a massage from this place. Then life got crazy and my mother passed away. I remembered recently that I had purchased the Groupon. When I checked, it had expired. But, Groupon said that if I got something from them stating that I had never used the Groupon, I would be given the amount that I paid as a credit so that I could repurchase. Perfect solution right? Nope, I reached out 4 times to the merchant and only got a text saying that they would reach out to Groupon. It has been several weeks and nothing from them! I reached out to Groupon as well and they are still waiting to hear from the merchant. I now have requested a full refund of my money from Groupon as this is so not professional and I no longer wish to do business with a company that is so poorly run.

If there were 10 stars that's what I would rate my experience. I have had many massages over the last 20 years and I must say TIA was the best, she worked out the knots and kinks in my body with the right amount of pressure. I've already booked my next appointment!
