The Hospitals of Providence Northeast Campus

Idk where to start with but I really hope and pray to god no one ever in needs of medical attention or going through emergency situation ever comes to this hospital or ( emergency room ) let me start with the rudest front desk receptionist ever , I bring my girlfriend to this hospital Because she was going through alcohol withdrawal ! My girlfriend was very shaking at that time. She was almost most likely to have a seizure, and I was trying to explain to them how urgent for her to see a doctor and all what they did is given me a bunch of paperwork to fill up !! While I was filling them papers, I felt like I’m in a café or a restaurant. All the ladies at the front desk were laughing and screaming and talking about TikTok and stuff like that. I fill up all the paper required for her and

Nurse Jazmine was AMAZING!!!! My 8y/o felt extremely calm with her. Made our visit less stressful We need more nurses like Jazmine! Jenny with medical insurance was also very polite and friendly. Kudos out to these beautiful ladies!

I had to bring my husband to the emergency room tonight, and from the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The nurses and doctor went out of their way to address the situation as quickly as possible. The care and treatment my husband received were excellent and timely. We are truly grateful. God bless the entire staff.

My care here at Providence Northeast was great. I am grateful for all my nurses and doctors for their professional care, answering my questions and their kindness during my stay! I especially am grateful for my nurses Antonio, Amanda, Itzel and Mary!!! To my nurses, may God Bless you and your families🙏

Dr.Campbell is absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I came in with a major health anxiety attack, and he took my concerns seriously. He did not dismiss me, but sat down with me and talked me through everything. I went from crying and shaking, to being calm, relaxed, and even laughing. He asked about my medical history, and explained everything so well. I have gotten labs before and the doctors never explained anything to me on why they were coming out the way they were. Dr.Campbell went over everything and explained why the results were the way they are and just put my mind into ease. Thank you for caring, and for not brushing me aside. Although I recognize the emergency room isn’t a place to go to for anxiety, my body and mind were and I just want to say thank you again fo
