If there could be a 0 we would choose it. The clerical/administration within has no real order. No set rules or expectations are given for visitors before or at arrival. My husband drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back only to find that despite the fact his name was on the list for visitation and could have seen her IF they had the correct and most up to date information. Also while there, someone had been told their daughter would be there and after driving 6 hours found out she was NOT there at all!! They are unsympathetic and completely unorganized. Completely unacceptable for the role and field in which this facility is intended.
Oh Please Shut This Place Down 😭My Mom Passed Way 12/22/24 without A Reasonable Cost So We Dont Know Happened Better Believe We Got Lawyers And Investigators On It Love You Mom Hope This Place Pay For My Mom Was Supposed To Be Back Home To her GrandKids Why Y’all Take My Mother Why …SHUT IT DOWN!!!
