The Holistic Cowgirl: Movement & Massage

I love seeing Samantha on a monthly basis! She is so sweet and welcoming and has a great knowledge of the body--musculature and skeletal. When I come to her with my aches and pains she, not only does a wonderful massage, but then gives me stretches or movements I can do at home to continue helping and healing my body. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and her massages and pointers help a lot. Her space is welcoming and cozy. I love the soft, snuggly blankets she has. And, as someone with sensitive skin, I really appreciate that she uses oils with that in mind. I also appreciated the questionnaire she does at the first appointment, to learn what your concerns are, and at the beginning of each appointment she asks if there are areas you want focused on--or that you might not manipulated at
