The Hirsh Center

This was my first visit to the Hirsh Center. The front staff were very welcoming and efficient. I was taken quickly after filling out papers. I met with Carl who was very professional and personable. He took my info etc. I then met with Dr. Lempel. He listened to me and was very easy to talk to. I appreciated his manner and course of action for my problem. I would recommend Dr Lempel and the center which seems to be run well and is a very clean and attractive facility.

Reply to Dr. Mark Hirsh I am in response to your reply that mentions an individual who has complicated medical issues that can have serious and life altering consequences and you also mention that my review does not reflect the care provided in your office. You also mention that your office maintains detailed documentation, and you follow established medical standards, and you prioritize informed discussions before any procedure. Having complex medical issues that can have life altering consequences would not have been an issue if you would have followed standard medical protocol and not inject a patient who has artificial implants with a steroid that can cause serious side effects that can be life altering. Any first year resident would know not to inject a patient with a steroid who has

I have been visiting the office for a few years now and everytime I visit it is a successful and smooth one. I am greeted the moment I enter and the wait time is not a long and drag out process. Wayne was absolutely incredible. Being in so much pain and to be able to take my mind off of it with small talk was just what I needed. Every person I encountered was absolutely caring and compassionate about their job as the next down to the xray technician. Javier has been great since the first day I visited the office. Very knowledgeable and helps to get me relief and on my way. Although I had not visited in a year my experience in your office is always a positive and great visit. Thank you Hirsh Center for helping your patients daily.

I was recently diagnosed with RA. Being a snowbird it was necessary to find a physician here in FL to monitor my treatment monthly or more when necessary. I was most fortunate to find the Hirsh Center + Dr. Lu-Do. Dr. Lu-Do is very knowledgeable, caring, + patient with my many questions + concerns. Her team + the office personnel are proficient + always ready to assist. I couldn’t be happier to find this group + would highly recommend them.

Reasonable new patient wait time (2weeks). Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. was sympathetic and complete. The facility is a one stop experience - doc, imaging, lab work, immediate treatment. Easy to make follow up appt with doc. Now, if they get my arthritis pain under control I’ll give them a 10 star rating! Already recommended to 2 friends.
