The admissions director, Megan, stayed in close contact with me from the very beginning last summer and was consistently patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Even after her placement, communication has remained excellent. The nursing staff have been kind, attentive, and respectful towards my client, and the social work team is always quick to respond and willing to problem-solve when questions come up.
