The Highlands At Owasso

Great care, good leadership staff. They are compassionate. Terrence and his team are sent from God to care for loved ones. They are all reachable, My mom was at 2 nursing homes, and at none of those other nursing homes could I call the administrator directly and the DON and ADON, here I can call them any time. I read other comments, you cant change crazy, but this team loves their residents.

I had great experiences at the Highlands, I stayed there twice and ny wife once as after major back and heart surgeries. The nursing staff and assistants were excellent always quick to respond to call button very caring,, doctors always available and prescription services.nurses always administered on time. The facility is clean and meals are always on time. Skilled professional therapists with up to date equipment. Extra curricular events posted monthly. I observed care being given to people who apparently had retired there and care was above and beyond very caring and professional. I am not ready to retire to a nurse ring home yet but i have shared with my family that The HighLands is where i want to go!

My mother-in- lives here, and I must say that, this is a VERY nice place! She is well taken care of by the staff and her needs are tended to. The Administrator is very active in ensuring that the place is operating in the best possible way. Everyone is so friendly and caring! She has been a resident of a couple of different places in Tulsa, that were sub standard, so when we got the chance to move her to the Highlands, we were grateful for the opportunity. We read all of the good reviews of The Highlands beforehand and were actually delightfully surprised to find that the experience has been even better! My wife and I are thankful to have such a clean and loving place for her to reside. The Highlands has been a Godsend to us. I wholeheartedly recommend The Highlands.

If you are looking for compassionate care, look no further than the Highlands. My mother in law stayed there a few months ago, I said I would leave a review and am just getting around to doing it. Terrence and his team made sure Lois was taken care of. There karaoke day was fun to watch as well. They get it, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility.

The Highlands at Owasso is an exceptional long-term care facility. The staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them with dignity, patience, and respect. The facility is clean, well-organized, and consistently well run. Communication with families is strong, and residents are truly cared for, not just “managed.” If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, this is it.
