The Heights on Valley Ranch

I highly recommend The Heights on Valley Ranch. No one wants to go to Rehab but if you have to go this is the best choice. My dad who is 96 and needed a lot of care after being in the hospital received great care there and he really liked the food. Everyone took such good care of him, the nurses and aids were very attentive tending to his needs. The physical therapists helped him regain his strength. Quiana, the director of care was so helpful to all my questions and concerns. She was quick to respond to my emails and was available when I would stop by her office. Thank you!

My mother is currently receiving care at The Heights on Valley Ranch. It is my pleasure to share my experience with the facility. Every interaction with the staff has been nothing less than exceptional! From my 1st phone call to inquire about the facility, through all of my following interactions with EVERYONE after placing my mother's well-being into their hands has been amazingly wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about the facility, the cleanliness, the fabulous rehab center (along with the therapists), the dedicated caring received from the nurses and the individual caregivers, etc. Unfortunately, we have had several experiences with similar facilities and nothing comes close to what we have here.

I went to pick up my mother in law. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Very clean and everyone ( Staff) was very welcoming. I like you have to sign in at the kiosk for security reasons. Nurse was very helpful and went through the discharge papers and all information. Great place.

Unfortunately our family had to leave our dearest mother, grandmother here for what we hope is a short visit. I felt uneasy about leaving her in a strangers care. Well, to my surprise this place is the BEST place it's clean, staff are professional and caring! So, thankful it's here when you have to send your most prized loved one. Thank you!!! Due to my mom’s dementia, it was suggested that my mom recover here after her open heart surgery. Erika and the Rest of the nursing staff were extremely pleasant to not only my mom also to me! This was a rough experience, so that was definitely appreciated by me more than I can express. I also have to give appreciation to Qui Qui Who also went above and beyond for me and my mom. She was super amazing in making sure that we had EVERYTHING that we needed after her discharge! The way she advocated for us felt like more of family than just a case manager.
